Steve has the spirit of adventure, a love of nature and a desire to live life to the full. If he's going to do something, whether it's chasing that perfect image, motivational speaking or supporting one of his favourite charities he will pursue it with passion and a single minded determination.

Steve has spent years traveling in order to capture unique images. He has forded deep rivers, climbed and swum through isolated gorges and waded through questionable waters in the quest to 'get the shot'. His good friend, Master Photographer Ken Duncan told Steve on one of their first outings, "Whatever it takes, Steve-get the shot." Steve took it to heart and this has been his mission ever since.

This is the passion and commitment Steve brings to his craft. He is a unique artist in that his creative vision and business prowess combine to create the best of both worlds. Respected in his field, he regularly speaks at corporate and community events, inspiring and motivating his audience with an innovative approach.

Steve's multi media presentations are filled with exquisite images along with practical life wisdom. He speaks at universities; corporate conferences, schools, churches and a whole lot more.

Integrity is a value Steve brings to anything he does. In his photography he calls it Integrity of the Shot. He believes that while technology may be used to enhance what is in the photograph, the final image should be true to what he perceived. People should be able to go to his photographic locations and recognize not only the landscape but also the emotional response.

Individuals and corporate customers around the world collect Steve's images. They have also featured in books, press, electronic media and in advertising campaigns.

Steve believes that God creates amazing moments and he counts it as a privilege to be able to capture and share those moments with others. "Not everyone is able to travel to the places I go, or experience the amazing moments in life that I have. Moments In The Light, Steve's first book, released in July 2011 was the culmination of two year's work and we look forward to the next chapter in Steve's inspiring journey.
